Be sure to flush out the barrel and [b]chamber[/b] before you attempt to shoot it. Mine had some metal shavings where the bolt locks into the barrel. Scared the bolt. Didn't seem to effect the rifle but it pissed me off.

Much obliged for all the great recommendations.
Flag waver, I plan to polish out the barrel before breaking it in, but how do you suggest I 'flush out' the chamber? Oh well, I perhaps I'll find my answer somewhere in the several great links given. Much Thanks! -jsr75 |
