What if any high cap mag laws are there in NY state?

Have read several different laws and all say different things.  Like, all mags before sept. 13, 94 can be owned vs flat out no high cap mags but I have never seen the 10rds or < only.

in ny city i believe the law states no mags larger than 10 to 15 rds are allowed


the rest of ny state hi-cap mags are allowed as long as made before the 94 ban. except for leo's

NYC limits rifles or shotguns to 5 rounds. Pistols are restricted to 17 rounds.

in the city they have very heavy restrictions on gun ownership, in the (way) upstate, you could own just about anything that meets fed standards, and depending on who you know, some that don't. we rednecks, feel that our opinions are allways drowned out by the whiners in that DAMN CITY.      lets nuke em!!!!!!!
