They sent me 2 copies then called in person twice. I finally answered the last one to make them go away.

I got that ACS survey or whatever...
I called the number on the packet and asked the guy questions. He hung up on me because he didn't want to answer questions. I called back and I said "it appears as though we were disconnected." He said "no, I hung up on you." I was  . What happens to private companies that treat people this way?
I placed the packet in the trash and nothing happened to me... |

I'm always tempted to answer the questions like this:
