Can it fit a 4'x8' sheet of plywood? If so, it is a truck. But probably with the tailgate down since it isn't a Suburban.

Kind of You can go to the quarry and get some gravel. Negative You can drop the kids off at school then go grocery shopping. Absolutely! Not a truck!

Trucks have frames. Does that SUV have a frame? If it has a ladder frame, I consider it a truck as well as an SUV.

A truck...is a motor vehicle designed to transport cargo. Trucks vary greatly in size, power and configuration, Yes, that is a truck. We own that one's baby brother - an '05 Trail Blazer and often refer to it as a truck. I consider an SUV a subcategory of truck.
