Are there any legal, safe pills you can get that contain caffeine and other drugs that will increase your physical performance if you work physical labor?  3+ energy drinks a day can get expensive, and don't help out much.  I've heard hydroxycut will give you those effects by slightly raising your heart rate which will give you more oxygen etc.  

I'm not looking for speeches from guys who sit at desks at work all day working on laser jet printers telling me drugs are bad, just some recommendations from guys who know of any.

Honestly, you'll want to be sober, that way you know what your body can
handle and what you need to improve on. Being juiced up won't allow you
to gauge what is underperformance, normal, then unsafe.

I don't do labor so hardcore that my heart is beating 200 bpm, I just work in the heat all day doing moderate labor, more need a boost than anything.  I usually have about 400mg of caffeine a day, but your body gets used to it and it doesn't do a whole lot of good after that

I use Jack3d when I'm going to the gym and running low on energy.  Works well and doesn't keep you up all night. You can get it at GNC for about $30.  It's better to go without but it helps when your ass is dragging and you need a pick me up.

how old are you?    I'm 47  my work place is 90+ year around averages  90 %  humidity.it's been tested.    Work an average of 10 hours a day



  Never needed an artificial boost to get me through the day.   i just make damn sure I keep myself hydrated.

And I would like to know if they over dosed. 99% of the time it's because people think, "oh, 2 works good, lets take 5!".

A cup of coffee is 200mg of caffeine, 2 cups of coffee is fine for you. Bulk caffeine powder for say 1 lb is a few dollars, a tablespoon could kill you. So logically we concluded just now caffeine will kill you.

as with most things your personal genitics will determin your success in many things.

some can do it on water healthy diet and sleep.

others need a boost but with that boost will come health risks.

whether or not you experience those health risks into health problems will depend on your genitics.

we have all heard of the guy who eats once a day and smokes 2 packs a day and lives to be 90
and we have also heard of the person who eats well, has low stress and dies from cancer at 30.

it's in the genes.

if you need a boost, you have to weigh the risk vs benefit and live (or die) with the outcome.

I don't think stimulants are really going to help you much.

Try creatine and arginine, about 5 grams of each. Won't hurt for sure and it's cheap from cheap supplements.

Arginine is the primary ingredient in most of the workout drinks, you could find one you like and go with that but it's spendier that way.

For those of you who say I don't need it, you're probably right.  But it's a lot more enjoyable to work when you feel like you just got done banging seven gram rocks.  Just how I feel about it.

This is what I use at work.  
Coffee/caffeine only works as a performance enhancer if you are not an everyday user.  Works for people who do a race once a week, or periodically.  If you have a tolerance it won't do anything.

Suppress appetite and increases metabolism. I take one set in the morning with breakfast and won't be hungry again until late at night.

It depends. I am not sensitive to caffeine but the combo does give me the jitters some if I take 2 Brokaids during a day.

Seriously though, Adderall helps me alot when it comes to school/work. Most people are going to tell you something along the lines of "Adderall is for junkies and it will kill you", but they are ignorant as all hell.
