Operation Chaos 2012 has begun.
In all seriousness I believe that a lot of DNC insiders and power brokers are not happy at all with the chosen one. I believe there is a very good chance he will face at least the threat of a primary challenge and possibly an actual one.
Fun times ahead.
First, any primary "threat" to Our Messiah would almost certainly come from his left, which would make him look more centrist. This is the last thing we need, The One knows this, and he would probably want such a "challenge" from farther Left. He may even set up such a candidate, as astroturf.
Second, Hillary! has said several times that she is not running. As long as she is his Secretary of State, she simply can't. Unless she resigns that position very soon, it will just be too late for her.
I would love to see her mount a primary challenge to His Excellency. I used to think it likely, but her time for this has just about expired.
