With that much rain, the grass will never stop growing.

I've lost control.  I'll need a bush hog to tame the grass.

What you need is to borrow a goat for a couple days...

Don't talk to me.

It's raining constantly here and it seems like the grass grows an inch a day this time of year.

I feel your pain.  I mowed anyway it was any absolute mess, but it had to be done.  That was 2 or 3 days ago, and now it looks like it needs mowed again.

Same here.

Finally had a decent day today and I hopped on the 314.

Sunny day, I made two passes and it started raining hard. In the bright sun.

Clouds about a mile south, were the closest source of moisture but it soaked me and the yard. Tractor back in the garage.

Crazy, but God wants me inside watching the Cardinals I suppose.

Wish I could send it to you boys in TX

I can't mow my lawn because its been 200 days without rain and we are on water restrictions. I would be glad to take it off your hands if I could.

It could be worse, you could have your house, car, neighbors house, etc. in your lawn...

I haven't plowed yet either because my field is a swamp right now and I'd just end up stuck.

I haven't mowed a single lawn this year.  Not once have I started mowing in MAY. A bunch of companies around here started this week.  Two of their customers apparently were not too happy as they called us.

It is so bad I may have to rehire new people as the ones on deck are getting impatient.  I can't pay them to stand around, though. Not fun.

I won't see any lawn revenue until July at this rate. Thank God for contracts.

I flew over West Texas the other day... Whole mountain chains burned
Black with smoke coming off them.

Rain or fire, which would you have?

The grass on my property is so high, I fear I may have a Communist Guerrilla Army lurking in it at this point.

On the off days where it actually hasn't rained attempting to take my tractor into certain spots has been epic fail, as it just sinks up to the axles.

It's like walking on a giant sponge

Last time it rained here we had a guy faint in the parking lot.

We had to throw three buckets of sand in his face before he came to.

I just mowed my yard for the second time this week.  Gotta love cutting my Bermuda lawn at 3/4" with a reel mower.......

A lack of rain sucks for others, but I dont mind if my yard dries up and dies and just becomes like dried pottery clay.

Unfortunately/fortunately this is one of the green parts of TX
