Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Damn Texas Weather

I went down to Houston last Tuesday to visit friends and enjoyed three lovely days of clear skies and 80s temperatures.  Came home on Friday.  There was bad weather all over the state. DFW airport was shut down for quite a while.  I left my friend's house in Houston at 8 am and finally stumbled through the front door here at home in Colorado about 10 pm Friday night.  Most of the day was spent waiting in Texas airports.  Damn Texas Weather.  [pissed]  You guys need some weather modification machines, or something.

Naturally, Colorado weather is always perfect.  [:D]

Yeah, like Colorado doesn't have only [u]two[/u] seasons - winter and August!
