who the hell names their kid like this??? I once knew a gal by the name of "Ada Dick", and a guy named "Harry Butt"...and where did folks come up with "Fanny"?

Was flipping channels last night and saw Jimmy Kimmel interviewing the new mayor on his show. He was razing him about his wifes maiden name (kocks) also. Was pretty funny and the mayor was pretty good about it all.
