I'm looking for some AT&T wireless folks to chime in and give me an update.  

I live in Central Pennsylvania and have been muddling along with AT&Ts slow, crappy EDGE data network (most recently on my Motorola Atrix).  If I travel 20 miles north or south of my location, I can access AT&T's HPSA+ (or 3G) mobile broadband network.  Let me say - this is like going from dial-up to cable internet and kicks ass!  Its not like I'm asking for 4G here...just at least 3G please.  Is there a plan in place to upgrade all existing cell towers to provide access to the faster 3G network?  How long will I have to wait?

Verizon appears to have 3G data coverage in almost the whole state of PA.  What gives?  And no, I can't switch to Verizon at this time.
