Try this and then reinstall from their website. After you get the uninstaller downloaded, I usually run it from a command line with a /clean at the end of it.
Save the file to your desktop. Click Start -> Run -> cmd and hit Ok. In the DOS prompt type cd desktop and hit enter. Then type uninstall_flash_player /clean and hit enter. |
