Probably not going to work out too well for him. I hate that stupid cliche "I wonder what his screenname is" but that guy's name seems really familiar to me. I hope he isn't someone I've dealt with on the EE.

Just curious . . . does Montana have any form of castle doctrine? If so, he might have a defense that could get him out of harm's way.
