Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - How many turkeys of ammo should I keep on hand?

Need to split up the mumber between my Ar10 and the AR15 and also will need some for the .45 SIG P220. I need some help in determining how much is enough/too much. These turkeys or partial turkeys will be set aside as reserve ammo and not used for everyday shooting until I want to restock and shoot some of the older stuff.
It has been a while since the turkey vs. ammo variable was discussed. Could someone remind me of the exact calculation please?
