i'm thinking of driving over there tomorrow (2-1/2 hour drive) and buying a garand and a kimber.

do i need to meet any special requirements (qualification similar to the mail order sales)...or can i just walk in off the street and pick them up?

i'm nra, member of a club associated with the cmp...but haven't shot a garand match.

I'm fairly sure that the requirements are the same as for the mail order sales.
