First let me say I am not under an order nor am I worried about one. I was just reading the other thread about 2nd amendment and Emerson and I got curious.
My question is: If you were under an order to not be within X feet of someone and THEY entered the said distance. Would you be in trouble? If they came to where you worked would they be in trouble? Who would have to leave? If they consistently entered the said distance at your work, what would happen?
Just curious.
