Adult males is about 64-72
Adult females is about 72-80

I just got done working out. The nordic trak machine I work out on measures your heart rate. Usually I'll be in the 160's while I'm working out.

Okay, I got it down to 88.  I must go meditate now and get it lower.

Funny, before surgery last year I was at 62.

Depending on how nice my heart condition is being...

Resting anywhere from 60 to a bit over 250 bpm.

I've been told that exercise would kill me.

Mine usually sits in the low to mid 50's.  I don't recall it ever being any lower than that.
