I want to get the Sig p229 SAS Gen 2

I think i found it on budsgunshop

All the stats look the same except for the capacity, it says 10rounds compared to the 13 rounds that a p229 normaly holds?
is this the same gun?

The same gun, just the CA legal version, i.e. 10 rds only for included mags. No big deal just buy extra mags or call them and ask for the non-cali version.
