Is this guy trying to say that the private property isn't when the government at the whim of government?

Gee didn't I hear these exact words about those who opposed the "Patriot Act"?

Geez, what the hell did I type? I think I am getting dyslexia.

It should have said:

Is this guy trying to say that private property isn't private at the whim of government?

If you remember, several states have adopted martial law contingency plans in response to hoof & mouth disease discovery. It is just another step in the direction of a "safety from freedom" U.S.
