The former Clinton advisor was on my local televios talking about our old friends Bill and Hillary.  On the female appointments during the Clinton years he stated Hillary was in charge of all female appointments and they had to fit the following criteria:

1. That they be female
2. That they be very, very ugly so Bill would stay away from them.

Mr. Morris also spoke about Gary Conduit and what the people in Washinto thing about him.  He stated that most people in Washington think Conduit flat out killed her!!
