Anyone have any recommendations for a reasonably priced private health insurance plan?  Asking for my father-in-law who owns his own small business.  The plan he uses now is very, very expensive.

Can't remember, may only be for Calif, but good luck.

Used this myself btwn jobs.

If he can, trade off higher deductible for lower payments/better coverage/higher (or no) lifetime cap.

I have Carefirst.  Very reasonable pricing, but I have a squeaky clean medical history.  Price will vary with personal/family medical history.

Check out a company called Unicare, that's who I use.  Very affordable and pretty decent coverage.
