Basically, Senator Zell Miller of Georgia, a Democrat, want more guns. His comments:
"Like many of you, I've got more guns than I need, but not as many as I want,"
"What many do not understand is that the gun issue is not just about guns. It's about values. It's about setting priorities. It's about personal freedom. It's about trust,"

Is it true, or he just wants more votes?
Can anyone check his background?

although i can't help but think this is some sort of democratic trick, he's gonna whip off his mask ala scooby-doo and it will be brady or feindstein or somebody.

Zell Miller has a history of going against the Democratic grain around here. He's been known to criticize the Democratic Party for it's stupidity. A lot of us hope he'll do the right thing and jump ship...
