I changed careers from commercial construction to insurance and couldn't be happier.

So what tools do you use that help make your time more efficient.  I've noticed a couple tools from the other adjusters I work with.
- laser measuring device
- adjusters tool belt, one that fits a clip board
- Cougar Paws for getting on steep roofs
- Blue tooth headset so you can have both hands free to write notes.
- pitch gauge
- shingle gauge
- fat max tape measure
- 100 foot tape measure
- Laptop mount in vehicle, ie. mechanical arm.
- Bright LED flashlight, headlamp.

So what other tools or tricks do you use?
Can anyone recommend some gloves that will protect my hands but I can still write notes with?

Thanks!
