Well I don't get to shoot my .45 as much as I would like but I did pick up these .22 rounds called colbris made by aguilera and they are powderless 22's with only a primer/powder mix. They are very quiet so you can fire then in your house or backyard and they sound like a pellet gun. So what I have been doing the last few days is setting up sillouette targets at 10yards and practicing my draw and first shot these rounds don't have enough power to cycle the pistol but it is still good practice for me to draw raise the weapon line the front site and firing. well just thought I should share not as good as the range but better than sitting on you butt thinking about shooting. they are pretty fun to if you want to do some backyard shooting and can't get to the range. i am tempted to buy a 22 revolver so I don't have to manually cycle the slide like I am having to do on my semi auto.

I wonder if my pellet trap would stop them?  I could shoot .22lr in the basement!
