Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Leasing Land

I'm going to lease a lot that me and my wife own (about 3/4 acres) to a couple that wants to put a mobile home there.  I've rented the old mobile home that was there before, but have since torn it down.  I have never leased anything before so I was wondering would you guys have any advice on drawing up the lease papers and also what kinds of stipulations to put in it?
