I heard a call go out about a woman naked from the waist up, on her hands and knees, barking like a dog.  That was exactly what the responding officer found.
Heard another reporting a suspicious vehical as a "Ford Mercury".  I said to my friend sitting right next to me, who was also listening to the channel, "Ford WHAT?" and just two seconds later, one of the police officers asked on the radio "Ford WHAT?".
Also heard an officer radio he was responding to a SWAT callout, and 30 seconds later, he report he had been involved in a one vehical accident, and he was not blocking.  It had been raining, and the streets were very slick...it was not hard to figure out what happened.
