I rember the incedent but not the names. I do remember that the swat teams were shooting at the wrong house for some time and within 2 days of the killing the house was razed by the government. The Gary Condit scandal and the September 11th tragedy put that out of the news.

Yeah that's the one. I remember some articles published at the time had some kind of disturbing first hand accounts from bystanders.
