I do not own a IPOD and I havent been in the MP3 loop for many years.  Whats the best place for MP3 downloads whether it be free or purchased.  Want to gather some songs to make a Juke box based off a computer.

iTunes.

Amazon is easier, and never any DRM bullshit. Sometimes much cheaper than Itunes too.

Of course, torrents are the cheapest yet, but you burn in hell for that. I don't advocate it, cause that's bad. And wrong. It's badong.

I find Amazon to have a MUCH greater selection and better prices to boot.

I'll be attacked for this...  Google search and download utorrent.  Then Google search "whatever you want" then "torrent" following.  Example:  If you want everything Eric Clapton ever made:  search: "Eric Clapton Discography torrent" .

IBTL.

Probably gonna get shit for this, but I'm gonna say Zune Pass.

OK, hear me out.

15 bucks a month gets you all the music you want, period. And you get one DRM free album download PER MONTH along with that.

I know it's fun to hate on MS, but it's a good deal, if you ask me.

I don't see this post any where above your post.

WTF?

I just ripped my CD's to my computer, which I believe is perfectly legal and pretty cheap.
