Real easy to do...
Chicken Breasts
1 Container of Sour Cream
1 Jar of Queso Salsa (First time I've used this. I normally use a couple of cans of Nacho or Cheddar Cheese soup.)
1 Diced Onion
1 Can of Diced Jalapenos
1 Can of Diced Green Chiles
Some Peppers from the garden
A packet of seasoning
About half a bag of "Mexican" cheese (not pictured)
Throw it all in the crock pot and let it cook all day on Low.
Oh yeah...they had a box of discount DVDs by the checkout lines.
Impulse buy:
After it's done cooking shred the chicken and mix it back into the cheese. Roll the mixture up in some tortillas and top with enchilada sauce (I chose green today), cheese and black olives.
Pop it into the oven until the cheese is bubbly.
Serve with some Ranch Style Beans and Chips and Salsa.
