A rather lengthy article and not once is party affiliation mentioned:

http://www.wftv.com/news/25536806/detail.html

For those wondering it was indeed a Democrat.

According to my research Derrick Henry is a Democrat. The news stories seem to leave party affiliation out unless it is a Republican.

Another voter fraud incident? Good thing we have Eric Holder as the Attorney General, he'll get to the bottom of this.
