I work for a engineering company.

Today we had a wedding party for one of the IT people.  What a colossal waist of time!!!  We are big on birthdays, weddings and holidays.  When we have one it’s an opportunity for all the “girls” to take off for the day and stand around the office and eat cake, drink punch and talk.   For some reason the female engineers and designers have been excluded from this "group".  
It’s amazing how an engineering company will lay off a degreed engineer the moment a job is complete but we can have Giggle parties twice a month.
