I give Isle of Mann Cats to my sister for Xmas.
They're cute, they have kitties on them. The Australian Lunars are attractive too. |

Cool, OP.
ETA: I always hear about people buying gold, but I never see it. I think a lot of them just hold certificates. |

Brass isn't nearly as worth while as silver. But I guess if you have enough of it. |

2oz. Gold Eagles, 20oz. Silver Eagles, 3.8oz pure gold chemically refined from scrap jewelry, 8oz. pure silver from various sources melted together into three pieces (bottom), and 1oz. pure iridium (top right) Not pictured are silver dimes and quarters with a face value of about $2.00. Worth about $8500. I bought the iridium on eBay for $700 back when iridium was at $450/oz (it was expensive because it is an extremely pure arc furnace-melted display piece). Now it's up to $700/oz. Here's the thread about my adventures with refining gold: http://www.ar15.com/archive/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=965388 |

Brass isn't nearly as worth while as silver. But I guess if you have enough of it. Brass, as depicted, will always trade for silver and gold in one way or another . The reverse is not dependable. I guess I'd want to be the guy with the brass (and all that implies) in a transaction like that. |
