Woke up a little late and hungover today...can't party with the wife like I used to. I had plans to clean up her ride and also was in charge of the meal for the day...What to do?
Start up the trusty ole Weber 
A couple pounds of chicken breasts with some rub 
Mesquite soaking 
Wood in the smoking cocoons 
All ready to go...dip trays filled with water and bouillon cubes 
Just on the grill 
1st turn...about 1hr in... 
2nd turn...another hour in...

Time for some more charcoal...
Ready to roll again... 
When is dinner? 
Wife's car is done... 
Some BBQ sauce for the final hour...I prefer Sweet Baby Rays... 
A half hour and a flip later...were done... 
Was going to do a whole dinner pic thing but left it here...on the plate with the chicken was mashed potatoes run through the ricer, gravy with 'shrooms and onions and some corn.

Holy shit dude!!! I remember starting that after I compared my wonderful wife to my old Jeep...I guess posted the body later on...I truly don't remember posting anything other then the title. She'll get a kick out of that.

More power too you for throwing unlit charcoal on the grill. The taste and smell turns my stomach. I pre stage all my charcoal so my food doesnt taste like funkly ass charcoal smell.
