I finally picked up a 'pocket pistol' but shocked mysel that I preferred the Smith over semi-options. Anywho, now I want a good pocket holster to carry in my front pant pocket without printing.

So far it seems the Desantis Nemesis is the most popular but I'm interested in hearing personal reviews from members here?

Made a pocket holster out of thin suede, but I like the looks of the Desantis rig.

I use the Uncle Mike's with my 642 and it works just fine in my pocket. I've been through the Undercover Carry course at Tiger Valley twice using the Uncle Mike's holster with my 642 and it stayed in my pocket when the gun came out ever time I drew.

This is a 640, but the 642 it replaced used the same holster.

My 442 spends a lot of time riding naked in my pocket.

If I do pocket carry it, it's just in my pocket.

Although I will admit that I should probably get a pocket holster for it. I have occasional issues with the gun moving out of proper orientation.

What the hell is that?  More of a pouch than a holster.  Does the gun come out, or did you dip it in bread crumbs and deep fry it?

Yep....that's the way I do it too. Just drop her in my front right pocket.

Galco pocket holster. I don't like it because sometimes it comes out with the gun during fast draws. I should probably look into a better one seeing how this became my daily carry gun.

I picked up a 442-1 a month ago and an Uncle Mike's pocket holster with it.
I was satisfied with that until a buddy at work gave me a pocket holster he had left over after selling a 642.  It's made by Double Triple and in my opinion it is superior to the Uncle Mike's holster.
I also have a Fobus IWB kydex holster that I use as well.

After having been a dedicated 1911 guy for almost a decade, it's kinda refreshing to go back to a wheel gun again.  Being able to drop the 442 into a pocket when I want is much handier in certain occasions than gearing up with the 1911.  A Tuff-Strip full of Speer 135-grain Gold-Dot short barrel +P JHPs in the off side front pocket and I'm ready for a quick run to the store.

Galco Ankle Glove. It's my backup, not my primary carry. Comfortable, though.

To me, even a J-frame isn't a "pocket pistol".unless it's a coat pocket.

My true pocket pistols are my LCP, and Colt Pony.

Had one of these for a few years now.  Great holsters and hold up very well.

In Georgia .. Gentlemen shoot ruffians in the face with a rig similar to this...
It's what Doc Holliday would use

I've been using a DeSantis Nemesis for years. I can't see any reason to get something different until this one wears out.

I have had great service with my simple Galco pocket carry.  It breaks in and I forget it is there and it doesn't come out with my gun on a draw.

For pocket carry, I have a Mika.  I've tried several, but for comfort, Uncle Mikes IWB for about $10 (years ago) is still my favorite.  Carry IWB 99%.

Mika makes a great holster.  DON'T pocket carry without a holster; triggers attract snags.

Galco makes excellent pocket rigs. they make an inexpensive cowhide and a pricier horsehide model.
i have both for several pocket rockets, and I'm as happy with the cheapie as the horsehide.

LA Police Gear stocks them.

Nemesis is too thick IMO. I'm considering a kydex pocket holster for my TCP.

I'm liking that Mika holster but looks like he has a 2-4 week turn-a-round, that's a bummer. Hell, the Nemesis is 'only' $16 online so I'm going to start there. So far, I'm digging my little Smith. I'll take it for a 'spin' at the range tomorrow to break it in.

I have two Mika's. I like how easily the gun comes out of the holster and how the holster stays put. Good trigger protection and all that too.

J-frame in a pocket? I must have small pockets. I carry my NAA Mini-Mag there
I sold my 638(didn't like lint behind the hammer), but I'll be getting a hammerless S&W before long. Trying to decide between a 442/642 or the more expensive 357's like the 340. But I used a Galco Ankle Glove, that thing is awesome. And I guess I should find some pants with bigger pockets too...

I've been carrying in a Mika for about three years. It's perfect you can draw with no resistance and the holster doesn't move.
