Badger Ordnance makes a conversion, but I think it only comes with 5 round mags, maybe you can get 10round. Also, Cabelas sells a conversion that is much less expensive than the Badger Ordnance unit but is not nearly the same in quality. No 20 round mags. That would look and be awkward hanging under a 700.

Cabela's carries the Kwik Clip, won't work with a .308. It rattles and isn't that great. It can be bought with 10 round magazine but a 20 round would be irritating in length.

I have a PSS DM. I've only seen OEM 5 round mags for it.

Some company in the UK modifies 700s to use M14 or FAL mags I cant remember which, I've seen a member post pics of his a couple times. Its also not drop in even if you could get one IIRC, because the receiver has to be modified to work with the mags, or maybe the mags are whats modified....Its late and I'm tired.
ETA: Company is called Armalon, have a website but it doesn't go into much detail. |
