I have heard of 410 pistols but would 20 or 12 ga be too big for a handgun? Interesting SD pistol.....

would not be a handgun but an AOW. I don't know of any handgun calibers that are close enough in dimensions that would allow 12ga to also be fired in the same chamber, and again you have the issue of barrel rifling being required if it were a handgun.



Not to mention that 12ga is larger than .50" so it would be considered a DD due to bore size and not being "sporting"

Apparently you haven't seen one of the recent posts in the AR Pistols forum.  Somebody is making a .50 cal 7.5" AR Pistol.

It would be NFA. Any Other Weapon, specifically.



.410 is not NFA because it coincedentally fits in a 'lengthened' .45LC chamber.
