It goes beyond that dude, they actually believe they were born wrong and every second of every day have the desire to be the other gender. She obviously didn't have a surgery to remove her "hoo-hah" and add the "sausage" just for attention. She clearly felt the need for the procedure, from which I understand to be very painful and costly. Not that I agree with it, but I do feel sorry for her for feeling the need to go through this. She probably needed a ton of counceling and her desire to go under the knife is indicative of a more serious mental state. |

Ability to do so is still very low for both types of procedures. Most who undergo this aren't doing it for sexual pleasure, it is more to live day-to-day without feeling like they are in the wrong body. |
