Holy shit.
 Check this vid they played during today's qualifying. Video itself is from 05.' The obvious accident is bad enough, but if you watch closely on the left side of the screen, the pressure from the exhaust actually blows his pants off. Un-f'n-real.  |

I've been to the drags in Topeka 4 or 5 times. I just never knew the force of the exhaust (presumably mixed with the heat) could literally blow your pants off. One time I was even that guy that stood in the front row to hear them burp the motor in the pits, and got my eyes and lungs lit on fires with nitro methane. I've got the FULL experience. |
