Just when you thought bacon couldn't get any better...................................
I present to you, Bacon stuffed Bacon: I started with some thick sliced bacon and "Canadian" bacon. Unfortunately the bacon was not cut in even strips.  I cut the Canadian bacon into 1/2" strips which was sandwiched between two pieces of regular bacon.  Cooked in the oven at 350 for around 30 minutes for the bigger pieces.  Best bacon I ever had!   Now I'm full, happy and waiting for the big one to hit.   |
