That sucks. Poor guy/gal. At least it was a quick death. You can see that the person lost a leg or an arm because it lands after their body does and leaves a streak across the ground. Driver didnt even stop. Yet another reason I don't let my kids ride their bikes in the street. I saw some girl get hit by a full size pickup when I was younger on her bike. He was going about 50mph in a 25mph zone. He did stop though. She flew like that all the way into a brick wall on the side of the neighbors house.
