I think that puppy 'mills' are terrible, but Congress is going way too far with this piece of legislation! Coming to your neighborhood soon: The Jack-Booted Dog Catchers! What a joke!

You ever watch a show on Animal Planet called "Animal Precinct". It is a show similar to "Cops", only it deals with glorified N.Y. dog catchers.

I do not have cable, so I have not seen the show.

I just find it amazing that Congress has time to debate a bill that deals with dog breeding while the judicial bench is under staffed, the military needs increased funding and attention, and national security is of primary importance to the average American.

A living example of irony.
