I just saw on Fox News that Shelby's gun range near Fort Worth, TX is on fire. It looks from the short video clip like railroad ties used as a berm on the rifle range caught fire.

This happened at Backwoods on the 200 yard range when some idiot fired incendiary rounds.

is that the Alpine range on Shelby road?  The rifle range there uses RR ties to shore up the dirt berm backstop on the backside, but on the side of the berm the bullets are coming in, they lay a bunch of old tires.  On those busy days, you can really smell the rubber when you go change targets, sorta like the smell of a good burnout.  BTW, they don't allow even FMJ bullets there, only SP or HP's.
