wondering if anybody knows of a 22 cal centerfire bolt action  (preferably heavy barrel)   that is 223 or 22-250 that has a twist rate high enough for 75-80 grain bullets?

The fastest twist I've seen in a stock bolt gun in .223 has been 1:10, which still probably won't stabilize a 75-80gr bullet very well.  I can't remember the make.. I'm thinking it was a Savage.  Never seen a .22-250 in anything other than 1:14.  Probably because a heavier bullet in that case would cause too much pressure and be unsafe, so it's more aimed at lighter, faster bullets.
