It will be a late night voice vote only attachment to the re-instatement of the "Bush Tax Cuts".

They (Dims) are about to be reduced and they know it, they have nothing to lose. Amnesty and Cap & Tax will get rammed through.

I'll believe it is dead in Jan when the new Congress is sworn in and we have a strong R majority in one of the Houses.
