Personally I'm getting sick of all the first AR posts that sound like this:

"Got my first AR. Actually it's an Bushmaster Quality Parts Company XM-15E2S model. It came with a sling, one ten round magazine, a manual, a hard case, and a free 25M zero target. I took it to the range today but I had a problem. After I fired 10 rounds the bolt carrier assembly disappeared! I can't find it anywhere! Is this a common problem with the A2 - oh sorry the E2S - series weapons?"

Most of the "I got my first AR" posts would have included, after describing the catastrophic bolt carrier failure, something like "Maybe I should've gotten an Armalite. Which is better?"

Yeah it's a real annoyance when some guy wanders in from the real world looking for help because he hasn't spent the last 3 years memorizing the Bushmaster parts catalogue and field stripping an AR in the bathroom with the lights off.

Don't worry, if I ever buy an AR I'll keep my trap shut about it.

PS-the "Right" hole usually is not the one making the farty noises.

Hello, I just got my first M1 Abrams tank, but I can't get the thing started. Can anybody help? I engage the left geezer rod while holding in the rotator cuff on the flywheel back-kick bolt, but the engine doesn't turn over. Do I need to put gas in it?
