Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Suicide Bombers linked to Arrafat

CNN mentioned that Isreal found some documents that linked Arrafats right hand man to these bombings.
These papers went as far to say that to continue this for the next 9 weeks $40,000 was needed for supplies.
Has any heard this?
Wouldn't this change things?
I realize that he is a terrorist but if this statement is true reguardless that his name wasn't on them wouldn't this esculate things quickly?
