Oil up to 27 dollars a barrel.  Up 40% since last month or so.

Because of the Middle East, the prices will go.  

Northern VA area, is up to 1.42 for Regular Unleaded.

Today, Saddam called for reduced production from all Arab producers.
I can only hope no one is listening.

The weather is warming up, and gas prices rise in the summer.  It's called Supply & Demand and it happens every single year.

GREAT!, Here in Michigan We got "Boned" last year. A delivery pipeline "Broke" and our gas went as high as $2.75 a gallon. I just got a cottage "Up-North" last year, and gas killed Me last summer......We need fuel cells!

i remember that, i also remember paying 5.00 a gallon on the evening of 9/11.  now that sucked.

Go to ANWR, drive a  drill bit through a baby seal and get that oil. I don't give a shit if the caribou have bad dreams behind this or not! We cannot be held hostage by turdkickers in the middle east. How hard is it going to be to refine radio active crude when Israel nukes those assholes over there?

Is there an alternative readily available? No.

Should research be done to find alternative fuels and MPG improvements? Of course.

I'm gonna make some changes when it's my turn to run this old world, you can bet your ass!

If gas gets to high people will just start buying electric cars, and the nation will just change over.
