Two years ago, I bought a very expensive ($1,100) A/V receiver from Pioneer (Elite VSX-27TX). It had to go in for repairs twice in the last 6 months, and as the warrantee neared its expiration. I e-mailed Pioneer and expressed my concerns about the reliability of the unit, especially for a supposedly high end piece of gear. Their response was to replace the receiver with a brand new one with a new warrantee, and they upgraded me to one that currently sells for about $1800 street price ($2800 list!). No hassles, no problems. Didn't even have to pay for shipping. Pretty nice of them, eh?

Here's some pics:

Seems like it has enough connections:

They have my recommendation!
