it is my understanding that one of the most draconian parts of the brady laws is that anyone who has a restraining order against them cant buy a gun. am i right?

well hows about a bunch of us file a restraining order against all the antis.

this way, if they ever want to get one for some reason they cant, they will get denied by NICS.

maby we can show them how stupid the laws are.

ok, so how does one file a restraining order against a person whome the filer has never met??

what would be the grounds? i guess you should hope for a judge who is on our side.

diane fiensteins pointed a AK-47 at me and rosie o donnel tried too eat me.
