I'm sure you can't buy them anymore, but if you had it before any bans came into effect, and then registered it, maybe. What the hell IS that thing, anyway? (Sweet pic, BTW)

Well, it doesn't appear to have a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon. Unfortunately, it also appears to be greater than .60 caliber, so it needs a CA DOJ permit.

How loud would one of those things be, say, if one were standing near the breech of the gun? Hearing protection required? (Yeah, I'm a dummy)

They have a spotting scope standing on a tripod to the left of the beast, and it seems none the worse for wear. I guess the pressure wave doesn't get over there.

I've got one of these things and it sure does a job on the guys on the benches next to me when that flash suppressor goes off! The range is getting pissed off at me as most of their berm is now gone.
You got to see the HP rounds go off! I can never get this thing sighted in as the damn target paper is so hard to find afterwards. |
