I use AdahoPLUS.
It substitutes a naked chick where I would see your avatars. OP's is a cross between Rosie Odonnel and Bella Abzug.

However, I do wish folks would stay ORIGINAL with their avatars.... We have what, 50 people with the 'V for Vendetta/'Our Turn' one, and a whole bunch more who just like someone else's and copy it... They're supposed to be UNIQUE, so that you associate a particular poster with a particular picture... |
